Data deletion.

How to delete the data Salvo holds about you.

  1. 1.Disconnect one account

    In Salvo, open Fleet, pick the account and choose Disconnect. Salvo deletes its access token and every post to it that hasn't gone out yet. For TikTok, YouTube and X it also revokes Salvo's access at the platform; for YouTube and Instagram the statistics of the account's posts are deleted too.

  2. 2.Remove Salvo from Instagram or Facebook

    In Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (in Facebook, Settings → Apps and websites) and remove Salvo. Meta tells us, and Salvo deletes that Instagram account's token, its unpublished posts and the statistics of its published posts. You can also send a data deletion request from the same screen.

  3. 3.Delete your whole Salvo account

    In Salvo, go to Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account, projects, clips and their media, connected accounts and their tokens, scheduled posts and everything else listed in our Privacy Policy, straight away.

  4. 4.Ask us

    Email support@salvoclips.com from the address you sign in with and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
