Terms of Service.

1.Using Salvo

By creating an account or using Salvo, you agree to these terms. If you use Salvo on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Salvo.

2.Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you bring to Salvo and to the clips made from them.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and publish your content only as needed to run the service for you, including posting to the accounts you connect.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or link, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else's rights.

Gameplay backgrounds offered in the editor are third-party footage. Before you post a video that uses one, you are responsible for making sure your use is allowed, for example under fair use.

4.Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorise Salvo to post on your behalf according to the schedules you set. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

You can disconnect an account at any time from Fleet.

5.Acceptable use

Do not use Salvo to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to spam, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the service or other users.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6.Billing

Salvo Pro is billed in advance each period. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable.

We will give you notice before changing prices.

7.Scores and predictions

Viral scores, hook test results and competitor insights are estimates. They are not guarantees of reach, engagement or revenue.

8.Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This cancels your subscription immediately (the rest of the period is not refunded), forfeits any unpaid affiliate balance and permanently deletes your content, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. On termination we will delete your content within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law.

9.Liability

Salvo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10.Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Salvo after that means you accept the new terms.
